Born in 1949 in the Southwest of France, Michel Pinel discovered photography in Milan, where he began a professional career in fashion and reportage, with publications in ELLE and Marie Claire. He then developed a demanding personal body of work — nudes, architecture, landscapes and portraits — exhibited and held in numerous private collections internationally.
