📄 General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of photographs and artistic works offered on the Michel Pinel Photos website.

2. Products

The products offered are authentic photographic works created by Michel Pinel.
Each artwork is physically shipped to the customer after the order has been validated.

3. Order

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment has been validated.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros (or CHF if applicable), inclusive of all taxes.
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the secure payment methods offered on Shopify.

6. Delivery

The works are shipped directly by Michel Pinel to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistical constraints.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized works or works made to a specific order.

Returns must be made in their original condition and at the customer's expense.

8. Responsibility

Michel Pinel Photos cannot be held responsible for delays or damages attributable to carriers.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the applicable law of the country where the seller is domiciled.
